Let's work together
I believe that you are the biggest part of the process. I also believe that if you come in willing to participate and engage in your therapy sessions, your results will be faster and more effective. When you invest in yourself and trust the process, you will see change. My passion comes from helping others discover what they want in life. I enjoy helping others identify solutions to improve their lives which, in turn, improves their mental, physical and spiritual well-being. I strive to be open minded, non-judgmental and empathetic to provide you with validation, compassion and hope.”
Welcome to Elevate 208, offering life coaching and counseling by a licensed clinical social worker, Jennifer Caple. Jennifer has 17 years of experience working with individuals of all genders, races and ages.
“Varied experience gives me a unique perspective in helping those who have had challenging life circumstances. Grief, trauma, loss, abuse, conflict, relationship struggles, family challenges, work stress, anxiety, depression, sudden life changes and terminal or new medical diagnoses are just some of the issues I have experience in. I also enjoy working with individuals who just feel “stuck” and need support and guidance to find motivation and purpose to be happier and healthier.”
Jennifer’s career has included working in a variety of settings. In the school setting she has helped educate children on ways to identify and better manage emotions and relationships. She has also worked closely with families in the hospice setting by helping patients make end of life decisions and live the best quality life with the time they have left. In the hospital setting she has worked in the emergency room to help patients who are in crisis, and on the inpatient floor helping patients get back home with the support and resources they need to succeed. Additionally, she is on the board and continues to work closely with the local domestic violence program and is currently the Director of the local Community Crisis Response Team. Jennifer is certified in compassion fatigue, crucial conversations, critical incident stress management and suicide prevention.
