Spa Etiquette 


We recommend you reserve your appointments in advance as we are by appointment. A credit card is required at booking. 


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. We want to allow for sufficient time for all of your spa services. This will allow yourself to fill out intake forms and to start some well-deserved self care. Being late to an appointment will result in a reduction in time for your service in order to maintain punctuality for our other guests. Please take advantage of our relaxing environment here at Alpenglow  Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complementary tea or spa water in our relaxation area. Couples and groups are more than welcome to bring wine, we will provide the glasses!

No Shows/Cancelations

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for individual services. If notification is not within these time requirements, a cancellation or No-show fee of 100% will be charged or membership massage for that month will be used.

Children Policy

To ensure the relaxation and quiet enjoyment of all spa guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa. Do not bring children and leave them unattended, this is very disruptive to other spa goers and unsafe for children. As a courtesy to other clients and for health and safety reasons, children cannot accompany parents into the treatment room.


Gratuities are left for your discretion. If you would like to show your appreciation 20% is customary


Our ambiance was created to promote relaxation. We ask that all cell phones be turned to silent. Please keep voice level low in consideration of other guests.

Health Conditions

Please note that receiving treatments when ill (with cold or flu) may cause symptoms to accelerate and if contagious may place our staff in an unhealthy environment. Please notify our Front Desk any time before your treatment. High blood pressure, heart condition, recent surgeries or injuries, undergoing cancer treatment/or currently have cancer, diabetes, allergies, medications or pregnancy are of special priority.

When you are at our spa, we invite you to communicate openly with us to ensure we are meeting all of your needs. Whether you want the temperature adjusted or the music changed, our goal is to create a comfortable and enjoyable session for you.

There are no refunds for services or retail items.

Personal belongings 

Please leave all jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
